Inge's homer leads Tigers over Indians
Brandon Inge homered in his return to the lineup and host Detroit went on to rout the Cleveland Indians, 10-1, Saturday night.
Inge was designated for assignment in July. He homered in his first at-bat and hit a 400-foot RBI double in his second as the Tigers increased their AL Central lead to 3 1/2 games.

Phillies 5, Nationals 0: Roy Oswalt pitched eight strong innings and Wilson Valdez had a two-run triple for visiting Philadelphia.
Braves 8, D-backs 1: Dan Uggla homered twice and Brandon Beachy (6-2) pitched six innings for host Atlanta.
Cubs 3, Cardinals 0: Matt Garza (6-9) pitched seven innings and Aramis Ramirez homered for host Chicago.
