Girardi, as he did several weeks ago, dismissed the idea of theYankees not being able to win with a starting catcher hitting .176 who entered Game 2 in an 0-for-30 slump. "We're on pace to win 98 games,'' Girardi said. "The big thing is saving runs; that's the bottom line to me. But I think you'll see a different guy in the second half.''
