Mark Teixeira's wrist has no structural damage

An MRI on Mark Teixeira's wrist performed Tuesday revealed no structural damage and he will be re-evaluated in three days, the Yankees announced.
The Yankees' first baseman -- hitting .256 with 20 home runs and 71 RBI -- was diagnosed with inflammation in the left wrist and received a cortisone shot.
After the game Monday, Teixeira said he initially tweaked the wrist on Sunday before in his third at-bat against Boston lefthander Felix Doubront, and that he aggravated it Monday when he hit the ground after diving for J.J. Hardy's RBI single in the seventh-inning.
