Baseball seasons bring about baseball books which brings about appearances by baseball people talking about those baseball books.

Here's some info on two such appearances at Book Revue in Huntington.

Friday, April 13, 7 p.m.: Bud Harrelson

How many men were in a Mets uniform (officially, not just wearing a jersey as a fan) for both the 1969 and 1986 World Series championships? One -- Harrelson. He'll be around to talk about such things in promotion of his new book "Turning Two: My Journey to the Top of the World and Back with the New York Mets."

Monday, April 16, 7 p.m.: Jim Abbott

Abbott, who was born without a right hand and once threw a no-hitter for the Yankees, will talk about the things he wrote in his new book, "Imperfect: An Improbable Life."
