Mike Piazza may finally get the Hall call this year.

With 82 ballots revealed so far -- a little less than 15 percent of the vote -- Piazza has been named on 74.4 percent.

The former Mets, Dodgers, Marlins, Padres and Athletics catcher hit .308 with a .377 on-base percentage and 427 home runs in 16 seasons.

According to the ballots cast, Greg Maddux, Tom Glavine, Craig Biggio and Frank Thomas appear likely to gain election. No one was elected in 2013. Biggio is on his second year of eligibility while Maddux, Glavine and Thomas are in their first year.
