No Brett Gardner yet

Despite speculation, Brett Gardner (right elbow strain) was not activated Wednesday, though it still remains likely he will by week’s end.
“We’re going to make sure he’s ready,” Joe Girardi said.
The Yankees will have to make another move to their 60-man roster when Gardner is activated. RHP Dellin Betances (shoulder) was shifted to the 60-day DL to make room for Andy Pettitte.
