Beltran out

Giants rightfielder Carlos Beltran was out of the lineup because of an injured right hand. He hurt it Sunday striking out swinging. X-rays were negative . . . The Phillies' Shane Victorino is appealing a three-game suspension imposed for his part in a weekend brawl in San Francisco. He also was fined an undisclosed amount.
