R.A. Dickey, Toronto Blue Jays pitcher, goes on bereavement list

TORONTO -- The Toronto Blue Jays have placed pitcher R.A. Dickey on the bereavement list following his father's death.
Harry Lee Dickey died Tuesday at 63.
R.A. Dickey went 7 1/3 innings and allowed one run in Toronto's 7-1 home victory Thursday night over the New York Mets.
Toronto also recalled infielder Munenori Kawasaki from Triple-A Buffalo.
