Robinson Cano leads his position by more than a million votes and is the sixth-highest vote getter in the latest totals from the All-Star Game fan vote.
The fan vote selects the starters for the game, and though Ichiro Suzuki -- 15th in outfield voting -- is the only other Yankees among the listed totals, it's possible other Yankee position players could make the game based on manager selections and a final fan vote.
Miguel Cabrera, who won the 2012 AL MVP and Triple Crown, is leading all vote-getters with 5,844,165 votes. Orioles slugger Chris Davis, who already has 31 home runs, is second with 5,468,703.
Most of the AL races aren't close, with only the third outfielder up for grabs. Toronto's Jose Bautista leads Baltimore's Nick Markakis by less than 150,000 votes.
Voting ends Thursday at 11:59 p.m.
