Bench: Mets vs. Yankees

Mets backup catcher Ronny Paulino provides more pop at the plate than Yankees backup catcher Francisco Cervelli. The Yankees’ Eduardo Nunez is an offensive asset and a defensive liability, while Jones is a righty bat off the bench.

Willie Harris and Scott Hairston have performed satisfactorily. Fernando Martinez just came aboard.
