The Atlanta Braves walked away with an 8-2 win over the Mets on Wednesday, but the winning pitcher wasn't able to walk under his own power after.

In the eighth inning while covering first base, Tim Hudson got his right heel stepped on by Eric Young Jr., who was trying to beat out a base hit. Hudson fell to the ground writing in pain, and after being examined by the Mets' medical staff, had to be carted off the field.

The Braves later announced Hudson has a fractured ankle.
