UPDATE (8:47 p.m.): The tarp is off the field, and the game will begin momentarily.

The start of tonight's Yankee game against the Baltimore Orioles has been delayed due to rain. No start time has been announced.

The Yankees are looking to bounce back after losing to the Seattle Mariners 9-2 on Wednesday. A throwing error by Robinson Cano led to a five-run seventh inning for the Mariners, who snapped their 17-game losing streak with the victory.

A.J. Burnett is scheduled to start for the Yankees, and Jeremy Guthrie is the Orioles' scheduled starter. Yankees reliever Rafael Soriano, who has been on the disabled list since May 17, has been activated for tonight's game.
