Baseball, believe it or not, is right around the corner.
Here's the rundown on spring training reporting dates for the Yankees heading into the 2015 MLB season.
Friday, Feb. 20: Pitchers and catchers report. Joe Girardi also will have his first media availability of the spring at Steinbrenner Field in Tampa.
Saturday, Feb. 21: First workout for pitchers and catchers.
Wednesday, Feb. 25: Position players report.
Thursday, Feb. 26: First full-squad workout for the Yankees.
Tuesday, March 3: First spring game, at the Phillies, 1:05 p.m.
Wednesday, March 4: First home spring game, vs. Phillies, 1:05 p.m.
Monday, April 6: Opening Day, vs. Toronto at Yankee Stadium, 1:05 p.m.
