The Lakers and Nuggets have had preliminary talks on a trade involving Carmelo Anthony. Andrew Bynum is apparently the player the Lakers would send to Denver, according to a report by ESPN’s Chris Broussard.

This past Saturday night, ESPN.com reported a three-team deal under discussion among the Knicks, Nuggets and Timberwolves that would send Eddy Curry and Anthony Randolph to Minnesota; Corey Brewer, Wilson Chandler and Minnesota's first-round pick to Denver, and Anthony to the Knicks.

Alan Hahn reported that multiple sources told Newsday that the three-team deal involving the Knicks is one of several options under consideration and that there is nothing imminent. The trade deadline is Feb. 24.
