The 39-year-old veteran small forward reportedly agreed to join the Clippers for the 2012-13 season. Hill started 46 games for the Suns last year, averaging career lows in points (10.2), rebounds (3.5) and minutes (28.1). 
 Nuggets replace Birdman with Randolph 
 <a href="http://www.denverpost.com/nuggets/ci_21097577/nuggets-cut-chris-birdman-anderson" target="_blank">Benjamin Hochman of the Denver Post reports</a> that the Nuggets used their amnesty clause on Chris Andersen to open up room to sign free agent power forward Anthony Randolph. Randolph, 23, has averaged 17.4 points and 10.4 rebounds per 36 minutes over his four-year NBA career; however, his erratic play has kept him from earning consistent playing time. 
 Andersen was one of two players waived using the amnesty clause Tuesday; <a href="http://www.cbssports.com/nba/blog/eye-on-basketball/19603844/wizards-amnesty-andray-blatche" target="_blank">the Wizards also amnestied Andray Blatche</a>. Tuesday was the deadline to waive players using the amnesty&nbsp;provision.
