Earlier this season, the New Orleans Hornets welcomed Will Ferrell by allowing him to introduce the game's starting lineups. Last night, it was Samuel L. Jackson's turn.

While Jackson didn't follow Ferrell's lead by making fun of the Clippers starters, he did bust out one of the most iconic lines in movie history.

As he did as Jules Winnfield in "Pulp Fiction," Jackson quoted a biblical passage prior to announcing the Hornets' starters. (As Winnfield, Jackson refers to the passage as Ezekiel 25:17. However, the first part of the "passage" is taken from other parts of the Bible; only part of it is from the Book of Ezekiel.) He inserted Hornets references at opportune moments -- for example, "And they will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy New Orleans, and you will know their name is the Hornets when they lay their vengeance upon you" -- garnering a roaring applause from the New Orleans crowd.

Very cool moment for fans of Jackson, the Hornets, and especially "Pulp Fiction."
