The fifth edition of “The Boxing Register” might be the most comprehensive encyclopedia on boxing ever produced, complete with records and career summaries of nearly every hall-of-fame boxer who ever lived.

Authors James. B Roberts and Alexander G. Skutt did a tremendous job, taking an in depth look into the history of boxing and bringing to the forefront the type of essential information boxing writers and fans want and need.

In addition to an in depth look into the pioneers and current stars in the sport, the book also gives an insight into many of the non-combatants who have made boxing special, including trainers, cut men, promoters, journalists, broadcasters, referees and managers.

The register is also filled with dozens of rarely seen and hard to obtain photos.

It’s a book boxing fanatics and diehards need to have.
