Carl Froch (27-1, 20 KOs) scored a unanimous-decision victory over Arthur Abraham (31-2, 25 KOs) and captured the WBC 168-pound title in a final Group Stage 3 bout of the SHOWTIME Super Six World Boxing Classic in Helsinki. The judges scored the bout 120-108, 120-108, 119-109 all in favor of Froch.

Where this leaves each fighter in the Super Six is unclear at this point. As of right now, however, it seems as if we will have Glen Johnson and Andre Ward in one semifinal, while Froch and Abraham hook up one more time in the other.

Froch dominated Abraham from start to finish. We're not sure how fight fans would react to a rematch of that debacle. Abraham could not keep up with Froch's movement, nor could he protect himself from the body shots. We'll wait for SHOWTIME to make an official statement on the semifinal.
