Congressman Manny Pacquiao casts vote via Twitter

This was reported on a Filipino news web site:
"Sarangani Rep. and boxing legend Manny Pacquiao was absent from the House vote Monday night, but he registered his opposition anyway to Ombudsman Merceditas Gutierrez's impeachment via his Twitter account."
The report said that Pacquiao was in Baguio City trainer for his May 7 fight against Sugar Shane Mosley.
