Leave it to Floyd Mayweather to try and turn the tables on his own controversy. Fresh off getting a judge to push back his jail sentence, Mayweather donated $100,000 to Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southern Nevada Affiliate at his gym on Wednesday.

"I think the Susan G. Komen for the Cure organization does a great job raising money for a cure for breast cancer and I hope my donation allows them to continue to do this outstanding work," said the boxer.

Stephanie Kirby, Executive Director of Susan G. Komen for the Cure Southern Nevada Affiliate, accepted the check with great enthusiasm.

Said Kirby: "Yesterday, in a word, was overwhelming! The depth of that kind of generosity is not something people see all that often. Susan G. Komen for the Cure serves women and men in communities across the nation, and globally, who are uninsured and underinsured. For Floyd to recognize the need in our community and step forward to make a difference shows that he too believes in the vision of a world without breast cancer."
