Report: Ricky Hatton to retire

The Sky Sports News is reporting that RIcky Hatton will retire.

The announcement is expected to come at a press conference next week. Hatton's last fight was a second-round knockout at the hands of Manny Pacquiao. Prior to that his only loss was to Floyd Mayweather Jr. Hatton, who made a comeback after the Mayweather fight with a unanimous-decision win over Paulie Malignaggi, was reportedly set to fight Juan Manuel Marquez this summer.
