Shane Mosley, barely two months after a one-sided loss to Floyd Mayweather, will climb back in the ring on September 18 to face Sergio Mora.

Espn.com first reported it on Thursday.

Mosley (46-6, 39 KOs) will take on Mora (22-1-1, 6 KOs) will face Mora in a 12-round, 154-pound bout at the Staples Center. The fight will be available on Pay-Per-View.

It's a quick turnaround for the former three-division champion, who said he was undecided on his future in the days following his loss to Mayweather at the MGM Grand on May 1.

Mosley is no stranger to the Staples Center, having scored two of the biggest wins of his career. Mosley defeated Oscar de la Hoya in 2000 for the 147-pound title. He shocked the world nine years later with a lopsided defeat of Antonio Margarito in front a record-crowd of 20,802.
