Showtime Super Six World Boxing Classic update

Showtime's Super Six tournament is moving right along.

We're almost through two stages of the World Boxing Classic and Arthur Abraham, thanks to a KO of Jermain Taylor in Stage 1, leads the way with three points. Andre Ward, Mikkel Kessler, Carl Froch and Andre Dirrell each has two points. Allan Green, a replacement for Taylor, has yet to fight.

But that will chance soon as Green is set to take on Ward on June 19 in the final bout of Stage 2.

Stage 3 should be very intriguing as two of the top young super middleweights in the world, Ward and Dirrell, will square off. Froch will face Abraham, while Kessler will hook up with Green in the other Stage 3 bouts.
