Manny Pacquiao will be live streaming his workout from the Philippines on Thursday at 2 pm. ET, in the video player embedded below.
He'll be working with his long-time trainer Freddie Roach in preparation for a Nov. 23 fight against Brandon Rios on pay-per-view.
