Campus winners and losers

LSU and Alabama are clear winners just for being Nos. 1 and 2 in the latest BCS poll. Truth be told, any team in the top 5 of the BCS, including No.3 Oklahoma State, No.4 Boise State and fifth-ranked Clemson are winners.
Stanford is also in great position. Aside from the fact that the Cardinal is 7-0, they still have games against USC, Oregon and Notre Dame left on the schedule. Considering the fact that LSU and Alabama play each other and Oklahoma State still has a game against Oklahoma, Stanford could find itself in the national championship game.
Oklahoma is the biggest of all losers this week. Getting dropped, 41-38, at home by Texas Tech was an absolute killer. It all but dashed their hopes for a national championship.
