Charles Barkley calling NCAA Tournament games?

When the NCAA announced its deal with CBS, TNT and TruTV to broadcast tournament games, we never dreamed this coverage would include TNT's NBA crew of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Reggie Miller.

Well that dream (or nightmare) just became a reality. My colleague Neil Best wrote about it in Tuesday's edition of Newsday and on his watchdog blog. CBS and TNT announced they will intergrate their staff.

And yeeeeees, Marv Albert will also be apart of the coverage. In fact, Neil reported, it's a good bet he'll be calling the Final Four.

March Madness just got a little more nutty.
