Hofstra sophomore forward Shante Evans and St. John's junior forward Da'Shena Stevens were both named to the All-MET first team.

Evans averaged 18.4 points and 11 rebounds and helped lead the Pride to a 19-12 mark and a fifth place (10-8) finish in the CAA.

Stevens posted averages of 11.8 points and 6.4 rebounds for the Red Storm (22-11), which advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament for the second straight season and the third time in six years.

Marist's Erica Allenspach was named MET player of the year. Abby Wentworth of Manhattan, Rutgers' April Sykes and Ashley Palmer of LIU were also named to the All-MET first team.

St. John's sophomore guard Shenneika Smith headed the All-MET second team. She was joined by  Erin Anthony of Army, Khadijah Rushdan from Rutgers, Marist's Corielle Yarde, Marist and Taryn Johnson from Fairfield.
