Florida State advanced to only the second ACC Tournament championship game in the program's history by beating Duke, 62-59, yesterday in Atlanta.

Michael Snaer scored 16 points, including a three-pointer with 3:27 left that gave the Seminoles the lead for good.

The 17th-ranked Seminoles will face No. 4 North Carolina, the tournament's top seed, Sunday.

Florida State (23-9) recovered after blowing a 10-point lead, then had to survive some last-minute scares -- including missed three-point attempts by Duke's Austin Rivers and Seth Curry in the final six seconds.

A three-point play by Rivers gave Duke its last lead at 57-55. Snaer answered with his only three of the game just 12 seconds later.

Snaer had a game-high six assists with two blocked shots and two steals.

The second-seeded Seminoles ended a run of three straight ACC Tournament titles for Duke (27-6), which had won 10 of the last 13 titles.

Rivers led the Blue Devils with 19 points. Curry had 13.

Florida State pounded North Carolina, 90-57, in Tallahassee on Jan. 14.

North Carolina 69, N.C. State 67: Kendall Marshall banked in a shot with 10.2 seconds left and the No. 4 Tar Heels (29-4) came up with a pair of defensive stops in the other ACC semifinal.

N.C. State's Richard Howell thought he was fouled on the final play and started going after an official, only to be pulled away by a couple of teammates.

"Right now, we feel very fortunate, to say the least," Tar Heels coach Roy Williams said.

C.J. Leslie, who led the Wolfpack with 22 points, fouled out with 8:03 left. Wolfpack coach Mark Gottfried said he lost track of Leslie's foul trouble. North Carolina lost its top scorer when Tyler Zeller picked up his fifth foul with 1:08 to play after scoring 23 points.

But it was a couple of non-calls that left N.C. State furious.

Alex Johnson went flying on Marshall's drive, but there was no whistle from the officials. The Wolfpack (22-12) got one more crack with 1.2 seconds left, and Howell thought he was fouled trying to put up a shot after getting his hand on a long pass.

Michigan St. 65, Wisconsin 52: Draymond Green had 14 points and 16 rebounds and No. 8 Michigan State (26-7) erased a 20-9 deficit with a 13-0 run, then tacked on a 13-3 run before the half in a Big Ten semifinal in Indianapolis. Jordan Taylor had 19 points and Ryan Evans 18 for the No. 14 Badgers (24-9).

Ohio St. 77, Michigan 55: Jared Sullinger scored 24 points, including eight of the No. 7 Buckeyes' first 10 points. Deshaun Thomas had 22 points for OSU (27-6). No. 10 Michigan is 24-9.
