A.J. Matthews had 18 points, including a go-ahead basket late, to help lift Farmingdale State to a 62-58 win over Sage in Skyline men's basketball Saturday.

Matthews, who had 25 rebounds and seven blocks, hit a layup with 1:29 left to give the Rams (18-5, 4-2) a 60-58 lead. Dyshaun Flournoy added 13 points in the win.

Molloy 76, NYIT 54:John Petrucelli had 20 points for Molloy (8-15, 5-8 ECC). Suffolk CC-Selden 59, Dutchess CC 24:Hope Heiselman had 15 points and six steals and Kara Nenos 14 points and 15 rebounds to lift Suffolk CC (13-5, 12-4) in Region XV.SUNY-Old Westbury 76, NYU-Poly 51: Deslyn Applewhaite had 18 points and seven rebounds and Abigail Williams had five blocks for SUNY-Old Westbury (16-7, 10-3 Skyline Conference).
