Pikiell stays, but jobs are still open
Ok Stony Brook fans, you can breathe now. Steve Pikiell said he isn't going anywhere. With nearly all of the high-profile jobs close, it's a good bet there won't be a change of heart from the coach. There are still some jobs available, though.
Duquesne opened the doors to the Atlantic 10 after letting go Ron Everhart last week, while SMU fired Matt Doherty. At first glance, SMU doesn't seem like a big job, but don't forget the Mustangs are about to join the Big East. The Mississippi State job is still open, too. And we can't forget about UCLA. Ben Howland still has the job, but there's no guarantee it will be his next week.
