Toe injury slows down Duke freshman Kyrie Irving
Freshman point guard Kyrie Irving has been an unstoppable force for the Duke Blue Devils this season. But he'll be sidlined indefinitely due to a toe injury suffered in Duke's win over Butler.
Duke coach Mike Krzyzewksi said there is no timetable for his return.
Irving's absence had no immediate effect on Duke, however, as the Blue Devlis blasted Bradley, 83-48, on Wednesday night.
Andre Dawkins had a career-high 28 points. Kyle Singler added 17.
Irving is averaging 17.4 points and 5.1 assists per game for the No.1 Blue Devils.
