2015-16 college football bowl gifts: Video game consoles, watches, sunglasses and more

NCAA rules allow bowl organizers to spend up to $550 on each of a school’s 125 bowl participants, including players, coaches and administrators. The funds can include a trip to the gift suite, where school contingents can shop from available gifts. Schools also can spend up to $400 and conferences can allot $400 for postseason rewards — adding another $800 per participant.
