Laurino's 4 TDs propel C.W. Post
Steven Laurino completed 10 of 18 passes for 156 yards and four touchdowns, and ran for 74 yards and a score to lead host C.W. Post in a 42-27 win over Cheyney Saturday in PSAC East football. The freshman quarterback threw touchdowns to Ryan Derham and Joe Botti in the first quarter to give the Pioneers a 14-7 lead.
Jeff Mack ran for 164 yards and a touchdown for Post (6-4, 6-1). Anthony Brunetti had three catches for 41 yards and a score. Louis Scala had six tackles and a sack, and Kadeem Huggins added 2 ½ sacks. Chris Anderson threw two TD passes for Cheyney (1-9, 0-6).
