Steven Laurino completed 12 of 19 passes for 177 yards and four touchdowns as host LIU Post halted a four-game losing streak with a 58-0 win over Pace in Northeast-10 Football yesterday.

Laurino, who also ran for a touchdown, did most of his damage in the first quarter.

The redshirt freshman threw three scoring passes, including an 8-yard toss to Joe Botti that gave the Pioneers (3-4, 2-4) a 23-0 lead with 1:41 left in the first.

Kamron Palmer had three catches for 67 yards and two touchdowns, Botti caught three passes for 59 yards and two scores, and Joe Florio carried 14 times for 90 yards.

Rob Bright and Shane Hubbard also had receiving touchdowns in the win.

Pace is 0-6, 0-7.
