Luke Stidham's 134 yards, two TDs lead USMMA

Luke Stidham ran for 134 yards and two TDs as USMMA beat Maritime, 19-14, Saturday in Landmark Conference football.

Daniel Kennedy's 28-yard field goal gave USMMA a 16-7 lead with 8:02 remaining. Gary Bigham scored a 3-yard touchdown with 4:21 left to pull Maritime within two, but Kennedy added a 27-yard field goal with 3:06 left.

John-Leon Gosselin ran for 85 yards. Michael Biehn made nine tackles and Chris Dumesnil had six tackles. Kenneth Filiaggi recovered a fumble and Skyler Stone had an interception for USMMA (2-1).

Nassau CC 49, Monroe CC 7: Troy Jones completed 17 of 20 passes for 211 yards and four touchdowns, and ran for 52 yards to lead Nassau CC (3-0).

Travis Locke rushed for 107 yards and had 76 receiving yards and a touchdown as Nassau scored on its first three possessions for a 21-0 lead.
