Hofstra to play in Paradise Jam in 2015

Hofstra men's basketball will participate in the Virgin Islands' Paradise Jam in November 2015, the school announced Thursday.
It will be Hofstra's fifth time playing in a tournament outside of the continental US. The Pride played in Puerto Rico in 1997 and 2010, Hawaii (1998) and Alaska in 2006.
"This is truly an exciting announcement for our program,” coach Joe Mihalich said. “We are thrilled to take part in such a prestigious tournament in an exotic location like the Virgin Islands."
