Hofstra men's basketball coach Joe Mihalich receives contract extension

Hofstra men's basketball coach Joe Mihalich has received a contract extension, athletic director Jeff Hathaway said. The length was not disclosed. Mihalich signed a six-year deal in 2013.
Mihalich coached Hofstra to a 20-14 record this past season. The Pride advanced to the semifinals of the Colonial Athletic Association Tournament before losing to William & Mary in double overtime.
