LSU and Oklahoma top polls
It’s been a real roller coaster ride in the AP poll the last few weeks. LSU remained in the top spot, but Alabama and Oklahoma swapped spots. Alabama moved up one place to second, while the Sooners dropped one place to third. Wisconsin moved up three places to fourth, while Boise State dropped one notch to fifth.
South Florida and TCU dropped out, while Kansas State (20) and Auburn (15) surged into the poll.

The top four teams in the coaches poll –Oklahoma, Alabama, LSU, Stanford– remained the same. Wisconsin jumped two places to fifth, while Boise State and Oklahoma State slipped a spot to sixth and seventh, respectively. South Florida, Baylor and TCU dropped out, while Arizona State (24), Auburn (23) and Kansas State (21) broke into the poll.
