Oregon, Boise State remain 1-2 in polls
Oklahoma's 37-28 loss at Missouri dropped the Sooners to No. 11 in both the AP and USA Today polls. The Sooners had been No. 3 in both polls.
Oregon, which was very impressive in a 60-13 win over UCLA on Thursday night, regains the No. 1 ranking in both polls. The Ducks may also be the No. 1 team in the latest BCS standings when those rankings are released tonight. Oklahoma had been No. 1 in the first BCS standings of the season.
Boise State, which was idle this week, is No. 2 in both polls.
Auburn's 24-17 win over LSU sends the Tigers to No. 3 in both polls. After that, it's TCU and Michigan State to round out the top five teams in the country.
Missouri moves up 11 spots in the AP poll to No. 7. The Tigers move up eight spots to No. 8 in the USA Today poll.
