Anthony Jackson's three-pointer lifts Stony Brook

Dave Coley had 13 points and Anthony Jackson added 11 -- including a three-pointer with 1:16 left that produced a four-point lead -- as Stony Brook earned a 56-54 win over New Hampshire in an America East Conference men's basketball game yesterday in Durham, N.H.
Jameel Warney had 11 points, Coley added eight rebounds and Tommy Brenton had seven points and seven rebounds for the Seawolves (17-5, 8-1), who came back from an 11-point deficit.
It was Stony Brook's 10th true road victory of the year, which leads the country. SBU improved to 13-0 this season and 73-1 in the Steve Pikiell era when holding its opponent under 60 points.
Chandler Rhoads had 12 points and seven rebounds for New Hampshire (6-14, 2-6).
Jackson's three-pointer gave the Seawolves a 56-52 lead, but UNH's Ferg Myrick (10 points) hit two free throws with 42.3 seconds to play. With the shot clock winding down, Jackson attempted another three-pointer and missed, but the Seawolves regained possession and were able to run out the clock.
