LONDON — Rain was delaying England's bid for victory on Day 3 of the second test against Pakistan at Lord's on Saturday.

Play wasn't able to start on time at the home of cricket because of showers which are forecast for most of the day in northwest London.

If play is possible, England will resume on 81-3 in its second innings and with a commanding lead of 261 runs.

England won the first test by an innings at Headingley last week so it is looking to clinch the three-match series.
