A third surgery for Brandon Marshall
Another year, another surgery for Pro Bowl wide receiver Brandon Marshall.
The Dolphins' new receiver (pictured) underwent a procedure to address a hip problem, similar to the one that required surgery last year. Marshall may not be able to participate in the Dolphins' Organized Team Activities (OTAs), which began this week.
But it's important to note that Marshall's previous surgeries — hip last year and arm in 2008 — did not affect his health for the regular season. He has had three straight years of more than 100 catches.
UPDATE: Jeff Darlington of the Miami Herald reports that Marshall's surgery was to his other hip. Interesting.
