Whether it's injuries or down production hurting your team, here's a look at the top waiver-wire adds heading into Week 9.

Marvin Jones

Bengals, WR

Marvin Jones shredded the Jets' pass defense Sunday. Owned in just 16 percent of Yahoo! leagues and 0.9 percent of ESPN leagues, Jones caught all eight balls thrown his way for 122 yards and a Bengals' record four touchdowns. The Bengals have made more of an effort to involve Jones, who now has a touchdown reception in each of the past three weeks. Jones is a solid No. 2 receiver or flex play the rest of the year.

Andre Ellington

Cardinals, RB

With Rashard Mendenhall out with a toe injury, Andre Ellington finally got double-digit carries and he certainly took advantage. The rookie rushed for 154 yards and a touchdown on 15 carries against a Falcons defense ranked 10th against the run. Arizona has a bye in Week 9, but he's still worth stashing looking ahead to a favorable matchup against the Jaguars in Week 11.

Jason Campbell

Browns, QB

It's slim pickings for quarterbacks, but after a strong performance against the Chiefs' third-ranked pass defense, Campbell is about the best bet out there. He was 22-for-36 passing for 293 yards and two touchdowns with zero interceptions. Campbell has some additional upside with his ability to run. He's on the cusp of being a top-20 fantasy quarterback, but no more than a low-end QB2 or bye- week fill-in.
