Reese on Kiwi: "We exhausted all of our options"

Giants general manager Jerry Reese said this to Newsday about putting Mathias Kiwanuka on injured reserve today:
“We exhausted all of our options and a decision has been made. The doctors, the medical staff, they don’t think it’s in his best interest to play anytime during this season. We’re hopeful that he’ll be back next fall.”
