PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers linebacker James Harrison is thriving in his return.

The 36-year-old Harrison has four sacks over his past two games for Pittsburgh, which has won three straight heading into Sunday's game at the New York Jets.

The Steelers lured Harrison out of a brief retirement in September following injuries to Jarvis Jones and Ryan Shazier.

Harrison got off to a slow start, but has picked up the pace significantly in recent weeks.

The 2008 NFL Defensive Player of the Year says he's still not at full speed, but likes the direction the Steelers are heading.

His four sacks this season are already double the total he put up last season while playing in Cincinnati.
