Jets, Colts selling AFC Championship merchandise
We may not know the outcome of the Jets-Colts AFC Championship Game, but we do know that one of the teams will wind up ahead of the curve on the merchandising front.
The Jets are pre-selling AFC Championship Game merchandise just in case the team wins on Sunday in Indianapolis. But the Colts are doing it, too.
We're not sure where this is all leading - except to the ever-expanding bank accounts of these teams. But the marketing envelope is continually being pushed, and this is simply the latest example.
