The Jets could be without their two top cornerbacks on Sunday.

Two-time Pro Bowler Antonio Cromartie underwent an MRI Thursday after suffering a non-contact knee injury in Thursday's practice, according to ESPN New York.

The team reportedly is "concerned" the injury could be serious, though the MRI results weren't immediately known. One source in the story described Cromartie's injury as a hyperextension, but the Jets have yet to say anything about the injury.

The Jets already are without first-round pick Dee Milliner, who has missed the past two games with a hamstring injury and did not practice again on Thursday.

Cromartie was listed on the team's official Week 6 injury report as being limited in practice with a hip and knee injury. The Jets' top cornerback dealt with the nagging hip injury for several weeks, but recently said he felt close to 100 percent for the first time since training camp.

The Jets (3-2) recently placed outside linebacker Antwan Barnes on injured reserve with a knee injury. And if Cromartie's injury is serious, they also could be without their top corner Sunday against the 0-4 Pittsburgh Steelers.
