Scott fined $20K for unsnapped chin straps

Jets linebacker Bart Scott was fined $20,000 for playing with unsnapped chin straps during Sunday’s game vs. Detroit.
A source confirmed this is Scott's third violation of the uniform policy, which states that chin straps must remain attached to the helmet during game play.
