Texans defensive coordinator Wade Phillips, who has helped transform the Texans defense into the NFL's top-ranked unit this season, will miss two games after undergoing an unspecified medical procedure later this week, according to head coach Gary Kubiak.
Phillips is set to address the media after practice to provide further details of the situation. We wish Phillips the best for a speedy return.
During Phillips' absence, linebackers coach Reggie Herring will call the defensive signals.
