The Ravens are still atop the AFC North with a 9-4 record, but after two straight losses and more problems putting the ball into the endzone, the team has fired offensive coordinator Cam Cameron.

He'll be replaced by Jim Caldwell, who had been Joe Flacco's quarterbacks coach. Caldwell was the Indianapolis Colts head coach from 2009-11.

Cameron (pictured) had been the Ravens' offensive coordinator since 2008. The Ravens went to last year's AFC Championship Game and were beaten by the New England Patriots.

“It’s not about fair or unfair, right or wrong. My responsibility is to the whole team and what’s best for them right now,” head coach John Harbaugh said. “We need a change. Our plan and our goals are to win games, win our division and get to the playoffs.”
